STUDENT PLACEMENT & INTERNSHIP PROGRAMS
Our student placement program commences from February to October every year. We offer student placement opportunities to university students that are under their last year of their Creative Arts Degree and who are specialising in any of the folowing areas: Cinematography, Post Production, Producing, Directing, Screenwriting, Storytelling, and Animation. If you are interested in our student placement program please contact your Creative Arts Coordinator at your university to find out if you are eligible to apply. Applications for entry into the program are only available through your university coordinator. Our student placement program is closed from November to January.
Our internships program offers entries to highly skilled graduates that have completed their Creative Arts Bachelor Degree or Masters Degree. If you are interested in applying to the program you must be highly skilled in at least one of the following areas: Cinematography, Post Production, Producing, Directing, Screenwriting, Storytelling, and Animation. If you are ready to enter the real world of filmmaking and have passion for storytelling, creativity, an eye for detail and high quality productions, enjoy hard work and working in a team environment, we would like to hear from you. Our internship placement program is closed from November to January.
FILM PRODUCTION JOB OPPORTUNITIES
JR Media Productions offers contract based film production job opportunities to independent and industry experienced filmmakers. Minimum requirements for any contractor hired is to have an ABN as a sole trader or ABN under an Australian based company, and to have Public Liability Insurance. Some productions might also require a Working with Children Certificate, you can apply for one at www.workingwithchildren.wa.gov.au.
